Deleting lines from the spreadsheet doesn't delete from map

I'm trying to delete line items from the spread sheet, then click save. Pushing the delete button only sometimes appears to work. If I right click and select delete for the rows they always disappear. Not always. Recommend that either 1) if pushing delete button does not work, indicate that somehow. or 2) allow it to delete it.
