Form Submission Custom Message

When users submit a point using a custom form, it would be helpful to have the option of adding a custom message to the confirmation page. For instance, instead of a generic 'point added' message that quickly appears, we could include a personalized message such as 'Thank you for contributing to 'Map Name.' Additionally, it would be beneficial to include a custom button that directs the respondents to their website or a custom URL landing page.
