Custom Branding for Paywall Checkout Process Flow

Hello, A way to customize the branding of the Paywall checkput process. 1st page: Change the Proxi logo to company/site logo. 2nd page: Remove the Email default text "(use same email as you use for Proxi Account)", also remove the Referring Person/Org field or make it optional to display/capture or not from admin settings. 3rd page: Remove Disclaimer "I authorize Map Your Idea Inc to save this payment method..." this can throw up hesitation to a paying user as all the checkout branding is different than the company and domain. In addition the authorizing to save payment method is going to create a lot of kick outs and not successful payments as many users are not willing to save CC info on file with a company in this manor if the company name in the disclaimer is different than the company or website they are checking out on. Tried to upload attachments and received error over and over again when uploading images. Have uploaded screenshots before with no issues.
