Zoom (+ & -) and 'Full Screen' controls missing from embedded maps

For embedded maps, both in web page and mobile apps, the + & - zoom controls and the 'Full Screen' control have gone missing in the last 48 hours. The features had been working and seem to have been broken with a recent update. The static preview of the map shows the controls, but when clicked on, the active map does not show the controls. This is a blocking bug for our users with web browser clients.
