Zoom with trackpad/mouse wheel on embedded proximap not working

I’m having usability issues on the map I embedded at www.nsinings.xyz. Users there, also myself testing it, can not use the trackpad to zoom in and out as descibed here, like the mouse wheel: https://www.proxi.co/blog/zoom-move-rotate-or-tilt-proxi-maps I tried all shortcut combination, was looking in the blog etc. but I couldn’t find a soluation. In the original map at https://map.proxi.co/r/7_k62MVGNy-NAp1NTXjn7gL7GRxvBG it works perfectly. Do you know why this happens? A paid feature, a bug or something else? Could you help me find a way of activiting this feature? That’d be great! Thanks a lot!
