Serious Bug in "Crowdsourcing & Field Customization Settings"

I need help with customizing the form on Crowdsourcing & Field Customization. This bug exists like for months now! I have tried everything: different browser, har cahche reset and so on but no help. The problem is when I change settings in that page, its not saved (there is no save button anyway). I have to change settings or text time 4-5 times with refreshing the page and maybe its fixed but usually when I reload it, the old settings/form fields and text comes back.
