Embed List Not scrolling properly with Mobile

Our embed list is not scrollable on Mobile. Only when the user touches the very bottom of embed and scrolls up does it work. We have taken our embed out until we can figure out a fix. I tested on North Bend Downtown's active site and found the same on their listing as well.
