Personalize multiple view shares off the same map

I'd like to use one map and share multiple filtered & location-centered views for different purposes. For example, a Texas map with views such as "Dallas coffee shops", "Houston bakeries" etc. I think fields like Map Subtitle, Phone Short Name, Phone Icon, perhaps others only support one value, so there doesn't seem to be a way to personalize multiple views.
